1. Space and maintenance along with calling software shall be under our scope ;
2. SIM card and recharge are under customer scope ;
3. Bill cycle shall start from the date on which first call is made ;
3. Its pre-paid model and all payment should be realized by us atleast 5 days before starting of billing cycle.
4. Only Non-VoLTE SIM cards can be used..
5. Minimum commitment period is 3 months ;
6. One month recording files will be stored. Customer has to arrange for higher storage either by transferring these files to his desired storage space or can take additional space at an additional cost from us.
7. Charges are on per user per month basis ;
8. Two Months Interest Free Refundable Security Deposit of is payable in advance along with PO.
9. No grace period is entertained. Hence, please pay in time to enjoy uninterrupted services;
